We hope you are safe now. We are very concerned about the current situation, recently we have been dealing with security issues, and now, understanding your desire for education, we are planning, taking into account the existing conditions, to resume the educational process.
Regarding tuition fees, we inform you that in accordance with the regulatory document, namely the letter of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated March 10, 2022 № 1/3404-22, the parties to the agreement are exempted from liability for violation of obligations under the agreement if the violations were the result of force majeure circumstances.
Taking into account the above, the term of payment for educational services and accommodation in a hostel is extended for a period after the expiration of force majeure circumstances, and penalties (penalty) will not be applied. Payment terms will be notified later.
At the same time, the term of the contract may be extended for the duration of such circumstances and their consequences.
We want you to not waste your efforts and time and successfully complete this school year.
