In order for a foreign citizen to begin studying at one of the universities in Ukraine, he must go through certain stages:
Application for choosing a university and choosing a specialty
At this stage, we provide a service for selecting a university and specialty at your request, taking into account all your wishes and budget.
Receiving an official invitation to study
It will provide an opportunity to obtain a Ukrainian visa and pass customs control without any problems. Documents required to receive an “Invitation to Study”:
A copy of the document on previous education (certificate, diploma or equivalent), including a transcript with grades;
Copy of passport or other identity document.
All documents must be translated into Ukrainian or English (except for documents issued in English)
Visa application, only for visa countries
To obtain a D visa (student visa) you need:
Receive the original invitation;
Prepare documents on previous education; before submitting to the consulate, they must be officially certified in the manner accepted in your country (legalized (Ministry of Education + Ministry of Foreign Affairs + Ukrainian Embassy in your country) or certified with an Apostille stamp + legalized at the Ukrainian Embassy)

Submit documents to the Ukrainian Consulate in your country according to the list indicated on the Embassy’s website
Arrival
After receiving a visa, a ticket is purchased and we are informed of the date, route and time of arrival. We issue a meeting letter, inform the border service about your arrival and reserve a place in the hostel.
Preparation of documents for admission to the university:
Original and copy of document on previous education;
Original and copy of a document with information on academic performance in academic disciplines (appendix to the education document);
Medical certificate of health confirmed by the official health authority of the country. The certificate must be issued no later than 2 months before the start of training in Ukraine;
A copy of an identity document (passport or equivalent) for stateless persons;
Insurance policy for emergency medical care;
14 photographs measuring 3×4 cm.
All documents must be translated into Ukrainian and notarized
Passing entrance exams
One exam on knowledge of the language of instruction, the second in your specialty;
Signing a contract with the university and paying tuition
Legalization of you on the territory of Ukraine (obtaining a student residence permit (certificate))
The university submits your documents to the migration service, you pay insurance and administrative fees.
Check-in to the hostel
Assignment to a group for training and receipt of a class schedule.
Also, each student must undergo a nostrification procedure before starting training.

Online exams for university admission
Using online platforms and video recording, pass one exam on knowledge of the language of instruction, the second in your specialty;
Signing an electronic contract with the university and paying for tuition
We send you an electronic contract, you sign it, scan it and send it back.
