On October 8, 2026, representatives of the International Education Center “INGEK”, Yana and Ksenia, will participate as guest speakers in the online session “From Admission to Arrival: Your Complete Blueprint to Studying in Ukraine,” organised by DTW Consult.

The event will focus on one of the most important topics for prospective international students: how to navigate the entire journey from choosing a university and submitting an application to preparing for arrival and beginning studies in Ukraine.

During the session, participants will receive practical information about the main stages of admission, application requirements, and the steps that follow. Particular attention will be given to choosing the right university and study programme, visa procedures and required documentation, accommodation and living costs, travel preparation, and the first steps after arriving in Ukraine.

IEC “INGEK” representatives will share their practical experience of working with international applicants and provide guidance on admission to Ukrainian universities. Participants will also have an opportunity to better understand the admission process and receive answers to important questions about preparing to study abroad.

The online session will be particularly useful for prospective students, parents and guardians, and anyone considering Ukraine as a destination for higher education.

IEC “INGEK” continues to participate in international educational initiatives aimed at providing prospective students with reliable and practical information about higher education opportunities in Ukraine.

Register for the online session and learn everything you need to know about admission, choosing the right university, required documents, the visa process, and preparing to study in Ukraine.
