Ukrainian universities continue to attract the attention of international applicants from around the world. The 2026 admission campaign demonstrates continued interest in higher education in Ukraine, with prospective students actively exploring universities, reviewing academic programmes, and preparing their application documents.

According to international applicant registration and study invitation data collected between June and October 2026, five countries have emerged as the most active in the admission process to Ukrainian higher education institutions.

The TOP 5 countries are:

Azerbaijan

China

India

Turkmenistan

Türkiye

These results highlight the geographical diversity of international interest in Ukrainian higher education and demonstrate that Ukrainian universities continue to attract prospective students from different regions.

When choosing a university, international applicants consider various factors, including available study programmes, language of instruction, tuition fees, study formats, admission requirements, and opportunities for further education and professional development.

Access to reliable information and professional guidance throughout the admission process plays an important role in helping students make informed decisions.

The International Education Center “INGEK” continues to work actively with international applicants, helping them explore Ukrainian universities and academic programmes, understand admission requirements, prepare the necessary documents, and navigate the key stages of the application process.
